Measure E will augment city services and improve quality of life of the Latino Community.
WHO WE ARE
LULAC is the largest and oldest Hispanic organization in the United States. LULAC advances the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, housing, health and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs operating at more than 1,000 LULAC councils nationwide. The organization involves and serves all Hispanic nationality groups.

EQUITABLE CITY SERVICES
LULAC 3147 advocates to ensure that city services are equally distributed during good years and that indigent populations do not bear the burden of budget cuts during lean ones. In partnership with Labor and other community organization, we have the ability to build strong coalitions of support.
